It’s hard to believe, but it’s three months since I jumped on a plane to Switzerland to be with my mother when she was dying. Throughout this intense flight I was nervous and not really in my body – and it was amazing at the same time.
Then insert something in there you would like to achieve. Maybe it’s in your career. Maybe it’s travel. Maybe it’s a special event. Maybe it’s meeting someone in particular.
