Doing a practice – every day

Doing a practice – every day

There are a lot of benefits to doing a daily practice.

The regularity gives a sense of stability.

You take time out for yourself.

It doesn’t matter what you do.

It does not have to be sitting still, it can be an activity.

The possibilities are endless – examples are: cycling, yoga, running, walking, cleaning, writing, knitting…

You can make it your own.

What matters is that you bring awareness to the activity.

That you are totally present with it.

The length is also not important – 10, 25, 40 minutes…

It depends how much time you have available and how long you can comfortably stretch yourself in being present.

Setting a timer is a good idea.

Then you can relax into the practice, in the knowledge that you won’t miss other important stuff.

Try it – then let me know what it did for you.

As always, if you would like personal assistance with this, I’m here to help.
