03 Nov How do you know when something is right?
Or, maybe it’s better to say: “How to know when something is right.”
Saying this, however, doesn’t sit right.
I don’t hold the truth.
All I do, is guide people towards their own truth.
This is quite humbling.
So, when something is right, people have come to that conclusion by themselves.
Sometimes they come up with a solution that I hadn’t had the faintest idea about.
I might not even understand it.
It is evident however, that it’s right for them.
Their face is shining, and that’s good enough for me.
Back to you. How do you know when someting is right?
Let’s say, you might consider various options when deciding where to live. Or, you might need to decide on a job offer.
What gives you a clue that you’re on the right path? What tells you that you are making the right decision?
It could be a sense in your body, maybe in your belly. After all, there is a reason it’s called ‘gut feel’.
Maybe it’s clarity in your thoughts. It’s different for everyone.
Maybe it’s visual. You might have a vision, or see something clearly.
You might hear or smell something that tells you that this is right.
There could even be a special taste in your mouth.
The possibilities are endless. We are all different.
Now, I would like to invite you to explore in the next few days how you know that something is right.
Please tell me about what you are finding. I’d love to hear it.
If you would like assistance in learning how to trust yourself – gut, visual or feelings – I’m here.
